Aside from the regular Panera experience, they actually care about the customer, and that's a nice feeling. Pretty clean even when busy. Cannot complain.

Panera is an excellent lunch and dinner place. It offers sensible choices for both vegans and vegetarians. Most of the entrees are not boring and would not be confused with any entree or item at a Waffle House. My wife and I eat at the local Panera on a regular basis. We can eat for around $20 and be satisfied. Panera is our go to when there are no other available restaurants. The grilled cheeses are overheated and often burn. You can do over unders on the number of olives in the Greek Salad. Their bagels and almost all baked goods are fair approximations of the neighborhood bagelry or coffee shop. Breakfast is a contemporary cuisine affair - egg souffles and granola parfaits with fruit. It is quite satisfactory. You can't get eggs the way you want them. Is the menu laboratory trying to go into every possible ethnic food corner, but you can do a lot worse at the neighborhood breakfast place and rarely better in the average town. I prefer the black bean soup, the bagels and the scones.

Always satisfying. If it's wrong they'll make it right and the bagels are the bomb! Get a panera card and let panera treat you every one in a while! Easy and fun for all!

Never disappointed with Panera bread. This location was awesome. This place was clean and quiet and the staff was extremely polite and courteous.

Not impressed. Glad I checked our takeout order before driving off - we're not exactly next door. They forgot the chicken on my husband's Chix Greek salad and when I went back in to point out the discrepancy, manager guy said whoops and brought out a 1/4 cup of chicken in a takeout soup cup and that was that. Going to explore other options when we're in the area.

Mostly ok but staff seems overworked and impatient. One person at the pickup counter was very rude. She was annoyed when i pointed out that she left the baguette off one of the plates. She then tossed it on the plate almost sending it to the floor. No call for that. Unlikely to go back.

Would not recommend. Poor unfriendly staff, food was less then desirable including brown spots on apples for the children's kid plates. Absolutely not a value for food or experience.

Normal panera, food is good, but flies were swarming round the bakery so we decided not to get a dessert cookie from there.

The quality is certainly there. I think the portions are small for the price but maybe I am a pig? I like the place so there you go. Keep me away from that big box of mixed danishes!

Like it. Good food. Great coffee -- as much as you want. With the Panera loyalty card you get freebies every so many visits. Had a free pastry yesterday and a free coffee this morning. One of my favorites is a French toast bagel with cream cheese. If they could solve the fly problem I'd rate them a solid five stars.

This is by far the worst Panera I have ever visited!!!!! Every item that was ordered was wrong. The iced chi tea was made as a hot tea, a side of bacon for my daughter was served cold, the steel cut oats with blueberries was made with strawberries and apparently fruit cups are not a norm for breakfast- they had to specially make them with rotten fruit even though they are on the menu. What a great way to start the day!

I know I am usually not that nice to Panera Bread but this wasn't awful. I had their power sandwich for breakfast and a cup of hazelnut coffee. I think I will stick to their breakfasts and skip the lunch.

In search of something to eat after the ER visit in Berlin, MD. we stopped at eh Panera Bread in OC. My friend was advised to stick to a liquid diet so what a better choice than Panera Bread. This Panera bread is only a few months old. We ordered Potato Soup, a loaf of Chibatta bread, the pick two combo (Asiago Roast Beef Sandwich and Tomato & Mozzarella Salad), and a Mango Smoothie and Diet Soda. The cashier was new but very friendly. Our food was served promptly. The food was prepared and served quickly. The baguette bread the sandwich is served on was light and crispy. The salad is only for a limited time. It was tasty. They used a balsamic vinaigrette for the salad. The potato soup had plenty of potato chunks in it and it was creamy. Soup is served with slices of french baguette. Sandwiches are served with your choice of bread, apple are chips. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive.
